One of the things that they've added to the Michigan Stadium experience this year is the hype video before the players come out onto the field. While every team has these type of videos, and many are rather run of the mill, or cringe-worthy, I think some of the videos they've used this year have been ok. The one they used at the start of the IU game was particularly good. It used perhaps the most famous Bo speech, which I have previously advocated for.
